- 12 week programs with a total of 2 check ins per month and full email/text support via Practice Better.
- Month 1: Full intake and assessment of health history, diet history, intake, concerns and goals; goal setting, planning and counseling to make true, real change. You will get a meal plan with sample days, recipes, macronutrient needs and workout recommendations; nutrition education and behavior change.
- Follow up months: Continued support and assessment, adjustment of nutrition needs and meal plan; additional recipes, meal ideas; continue monitoring of behavior changes.

Clinical Nutrition Initial Nutrition Intake – 60-90 minutes
- For clinical conditions in need of medical nutrition therapy and individuals who wish to have a single session to get some guidance and education.
- Full intake and assessment of health history, diet history, intake, concerns and goals
- Goal setting and action planning to make progress immediately.
- Counseling provided to help you discover what is blocking you from change.
- Meal plan with 3 sample days, recipes, macronutrient needs and workout recommendations.
- Lab evaluations and recommendations for needed lab work
- Supplement evaluation and recommendations
- Full plan will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
Single Intake Session
Clinical Nutrition Follow up 30-45 minutes
- Follow ups after a single session or additional sessions to an existing program.
- Continued counseling using CBT/ACT and assessment.
- Progress goals and assess actions taken, figure out what is working and what is not.
- Email/text support between sessions.
- Addition sample days, recipes and workout recommendations.
- Adjustment of macronutrient needs as needed.
- Assess performance outcomes and tweak plan as needed (for performance based clients).
